Hardbuilt was tasked with transforming an old residential block at 57 Thorn St, Ipswich, into a modern, two-storey commercial healthcare facility. The project included a complete demolition of the existing dwelling, meticulous asbestos abatement, and the construction of a new, state-of-the-art building.

This 1700m² industrial commercial build in Yamanto was a $2.2 million project that showcases Hardbuilt's ability to navigate complex site conditions and deliver a premium product. With some design responsibility, we delivered a spacious new facility for a valued, repeat client.

Hardbuilt was entrusted with the full construction and fit-out of a 1,350m² multi-use industrial commercial building in North Tivoli. The project, completed within a five-month timeline and at a cost of $3 million, highlights our ability to deliver high-value, complex builds efficiently.
