Project Overview: Design & Construct (D&C) Delivery

Operational Works (OW) have been lodged, and HardBuilt QLD is managing the complete Design and Construct lifecycle for this major Ipswich industrial asset. By utilizing a D&C framework, we provide the developer with a single point of contact from initial earthworks and structural engineering through to final handover. This ensures the project remains strictly compliant with Queensland building codes and stays on budget.

This facility is engineered for heavy industrial and logistical operations in the Western Corridor. The core build requirements include:
