BrisWest Swanbank — Staged Industrial Development

Project Overview

HardBuilt's BrisWest project at Swanbank is one staged industrial development. Stage 1 is complete. Stage 2 has Operational Works approval and is progressing through design for Building Approval.

Stage 1 — Completed Hardstand

HardBuilt has completed 12,500m² of hardstand as Stage 1 of the Swanbank / BrisWest project.

Stage 2 — 2,700m² Shed

Operational Works approval has been issued for Stage 2. This stage comprises 2,700m² of shed. The 200m² office extension is excluded from Stage 2.

Broader Design and Building Approval Scope

The broader design being prepared for Building Approval covers a 4,000m² shed and a 200m² office extension. Only 2,700m² of the shed is to be completed as part of Stage 2. The broader design scope should not be read as completed construction or as the scope of the current stage.
