Leadership & Accountability

HardBuilt QLD is led by Director and Licensed Builder Ben Harding, who maintains direct oversight of all projects from initial engagement through to practical completion.

With over 15 years’ experience delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and retail construction projects, Ben established HardBuilt to provide clients with a builder where accountability, integrity, and ethical conduct are non-negotiable. As Director and Licensee, Ben is directly responsible for construction standards, compliance, and performance across every HardBuilt project.

This hands-on leadership ensures consistent quality, clear decision-making, and confidence for clients that responsibility sits at the highest level of the business.
