Project Overview: This 1700m² industrial commercial build in Yamanto was a $2.2 million project that showcases Hardbuilt's ability to navigate complex site conditions and deliver a premium product. With some design responsibility, we delivered a spacious new facility for a valued, repeat client.

• Navigating Complex Challenges: The project presented significant challenges, requiring extensive earthworks and retaining wall construction to manage the site's unique position. We successfully built between an active shopping centre, a bustling carpark, and a fast-food driveway. A major coordination effort was required to share a common driveway with the client's actively running Stage 1 business next door.

• Overcoming External Pressures: Hardbuilt demonstrated resilience in the face of numerous external pressures, including inclement weather, the impacts of Covid-19, and the volatile market conditions that led to exploding material and labor costs and diminishing availability.
