Ben Harding is the Director and Licensed Builder of HardBuilt QLD, a Queensland-based commercial construction company delivering industrial, commercial, and retail projects throughout South East Queensland.

Building on strong foundations, integrity, and relationships, Ben provides hands-on leadership across all stages of project delivery. With a strong focus on buildability, quality, and disciplined execution, he ensures each project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining clear communication and accountability for outcomes.

Ben brings a practical understanding of how Australians live, work, and operate within commercial environments, and applies this insight to deliver buildings that offer long-term value and functionality. His leadership style is collaborative and detail-driven, working closely with clients, consultants, and trade partners to achieve coordinated and reliable results.
